the user agreement without prior notice to the user. It is the responsibility of
the user to regularly review the terms of this agreement.
The user agrees to the following terms :
You will not use this software for any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited
per policies of this website.
You will not be allowed to post material that is deemed to be vulgar, offensive
or discrminatory.
Once you submit to this agreement, you will be forwarded to the registration form.
When you have completed the registration form an email will autonatically be sent
to you with your user name and password.
Registration will entitle you to add program links automatically (upon webmaster
approval) and rate program files.
Files suggestions must be free or have a trial period greater than 180 days.
